We want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience. If you are unhappy with a course for any reason, you may request a refund within the terms described below.
You are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 2 weeks of course content.
Submit a support ticket through the Help & Support page or email billing@yourdomain.com with your account email and the course name. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
